I’ve been watching a few episode VH1’s The Fabulous life of. I’ve to say. The show gets my “SELF WORTH” juice flowing. It gets me to a sugary high that lasts for a few days. Recently I saw the Billion dollar wall street ballers episode. It freaking rock. I would highly recommend to watch this show.
I found a episode from the show, and embed it bellow.
VH1’s “Fabulous Life” of Tony Stark - The funniest videos clips are here
It’s a make believe life of Tony Stark the Ironman Protaganist. I recommend another episode. It’s the billion dollar wall street ballers one. Just search for “the fabulous life of billion dollar wall street ballers” on your favourite torrent website.
On a Side note. Since getting my first “self worth” fix from the show. I’ve been checking out the forbes.com website for my regular fixes. I’m a filthy rich life junkie right now. Might have to go to a high class rehab and make sexy time with a celebrity babe. Anyhoo. The forbes website is good. And the tv show is good. Because it helps me discover how much self worth I’m not letting myself have.
In other words. Discover self sabotage aspects of myself.
The practice is highly therapeutic in nature. Talk about rehab huh?

i dream I went to visit a small historical town in malaysia. I did not want to spend money staying in a 5 star hotel. So I decided to drive us further away from the town to look for hotels. Togethere with me was my gf and 2 more friends. Whom I know I don’t know in real life but know in the dream.
I drove us to a hotel soround by short hills sorounding a lake. The Hotel is next to the lake. And the graveyards are on the hill. I get the impression the graveyards are sort of the attraction of the hotel.
Obviously the hotel is not very expensive. We decided to stay there for the night. But we were afraid of ghosts. But eventually we were confident we would be positive enough in our mind to not attract any negative incidents with the ghost.
The hotel was very classy actually. At night we had dinner in the hotel and walk around the lake. Which curves around the hotel. Nothing bad happend. Then I woke up.
I realize it’s one of those country dreams kris mentioned. ( Coutry dreams are for rejuvenating experience. )
what are your opinion on the graveyard.
I’m glad I type this out. Because i just realize something. That I was challeging myself in the dream to go to a scary place. And manage to overcome it by being positive.
I’ve been affirming myself to allow myself to go into a challeging situation and to overcome it in my dreams. I forgot about that until I type this dream out.
The previous challenging dreams I had. Always invovle monsters chasing me. This time it was just a serene hotel. I love how creative for creating yet another different scenario.

Some positive quotes for today.
Kris: And the best advice we can
offer to you and to others listening this evening and in the future, is
the moment you can trivialize even your greatest challenge and
simultaneously make a big deal of your smallest joys,
Kris: Success creates happiness.”
However, the second part of the quote is “Success does not create
happiness; happiness creates success.” Does that make sense?
ERIC: Sure, once your problems are dealt with, then you can go on.
KRIS: We would venture to say that once
you allow happiness into your life, many of your quote unquote
“problems” may become so small that you would no longer feed them
energy.

KRIS: That is what you do with most things in your life and it is a
rather simple process but one that is truly liberating once you
understand how to use it in a balanced manner.
ALAN: So I’m assuming here that humor has a real part to play in something like this.
KRIS: Correct, because it literally shifts your perspective. It
automatically trivializes many of your biggest worries because as we
suggested, the worries are not about the things you think you worry
about, they are usually about losing face, being humiliated and so on
and so forth. It could be on the one hand that you are fearful of
losing your investments but if you note the motivators behind those
fears then the motivators are the fear. The fear behind the fear. The
motivators may be that others will think you are a poor individual at
playing the stock market or you are unable to find proper investments,
you are unable to hold onto your monies, or you are unable to make good
judgments and so on and so forth. All of these lead to areas of losing
face, humiliation, and so on. Does that make sense?
Make sense to me. If I look behind the motivation of my daily experience and fears. It’s the fear of rejection from others. Of not being good enough. Of making mistake and others thinking I should have known better.
I notice it’s motivation is present behind fears I feel the whole day. Worrying that my boss would think I’m not a an able employee just because I made a small mistake. Worry of being caught farting.
I realize most of the time other people are not so tough on us. It is us who are tough on ourselves. Seriusly would people care if they caught me farting? They are just mirroring back my fears back to me.
And secondly it is a matter of self worth. Something which I have been working on. That I’m worthy of pardon from other for farting. For instances. Or Worthy of pardon from my boss from making a simple verbal English grammar mistake while speaking.
Others will automatically reflect back what I think. So if I can convince myself I’m worthy. Then they will reflect it

Today I listen to my own recording of the value fulfillment hypnosis meditation kris gave for the first CMI session.
At
the end of the meditation. When kris finished the countdown out of the
meditation and said something like may all of you have your value
fulfilment. Immediately right on Que. I heard water dripping into a
bowl. My mic had recorded myself having a very fulfilling toilet
experience.
( no worries, i had mute my skype setting)
very funny synchronicity!

from krischronicles.com Not What You Think You Are
KRIS: Indeed, it is an interesting allegory to utilize because it assists individuals in understanding that they are in the process of pushing their own envelopes, going beyond their own boundaries and barriers. Because as it stands, Self does not necessarily grow because it always is all and everything it will ever be. But as far as the individual expression — the conscious self — is concerned, yes there is a process of growth that is being developed and it is necessary for that, the conscious self, to become familiar with its own patterns, many of which may have been more or less invisible, whether it is for twenty or thirty or sixty or seventy years.
And when the conscious aspect of the individual begins to recognize that particular method that he or she uses for growth and expansion, it can accelerate the process, thus becoming aware of one’s limitations, of one’s limiting beliefs, of one’s blockages. All of that stimulates inner growth. And once the process reaches a certain peak of crisis within the individual — which you can call as an abreaction — THEN the individual is more or less in a position where those limitations and barriers have to be dropped because they become simply too hot to handle.
And once the limitations, the barrier is dropped, is no longer perceived as effective except to bring the individual to that peak moment, then quantum leaps in consciousness and awareness can be had. But the individual has to come to that crossroads where he or she recognizes that the old system can no longer sustain or afford any kind of growth. When that flashpoint comes on, then the individual is free to move to his or her own next stage of life, whether it will happen in two days, two weeks or two years, but at least the individual has, in his or her own way, gone beyond the limitations that were perceived. Does that make sense?

It is a good idea. The batteries in the wall clock in my room has gone dead a few months back. I did not bother to replace them. Since then, a few months back, I’ve not look to the clock to tell me when I should do this or that. It’s up to me to decide when I want to do this or that

Significants mass events such as elections are always very telling of the current direction of the mass collectives. Bellow are my observations of it.
I think one observation I have notice is that it is in regards of Self Worth. The external world is a reflection of the internal convictions. Hence this manifestation of this election is a reflection of individuals in a collective scale start making convictions of self worth. The poor deem they are worthy of abundance and receiving help from the government.
Minority Race groups starts stand up and urge for more citizens rights. And the People on the top of the food chain? They are probably starting to realize the need for a just and fair equal distribution of wealth. And perhas everyone across all social group wants a more efficient and accountable governmental system.
Speaking from my personal experience as a chinese, a minority race group in malaysia. I feel the official line to the racial issue. Is that the Malays are big in numbers and they dominate and will dominate us if we ever speak out. In other words. As a minority race group. We are powerless and no malays would be empathize to our plight. Hence the universe reflects that.
However the general consensus is that individuals across the nation have started to wake up to certain inefficient and unfair governmental system. And want change. Hence the universe reflects that.
p.s Malaysia just held an election. And there was a extremely huge swing of voter to the opposition who were providing a solution to the whole poor and racial marginalization issue. Where else the ruling party coalitions official line is to get the voters to accept the status quo. However the opposition did not win enough to form the government but enough to create a huge presence in parliament.

Today I got a little burden by work and lost some control of my mood. Honestly it’s been very hectic night and day, week day and weekends for 3 weeks now. However I’m proud of how i’m able to handle stress this time around. All thanks to myself for allowing myself to pick up al those spiritual tools and modalities to handle stress.
Anyways. I was cycling in the evening. Upon reaching a park at nightfall. I decided to sit down on the park bench. As I sat it was so comfortable with the wind blowing in my face, I decided close my eyes and meditate. The meditation session was magical. It did not take me long to enter a meditative state and the feeling was stronger.
At the end it. I felt very appreciative of myself and every around me. I open my eyes. And within seconds I heard music and a gentle voice singing something positive. Something about loving and appreciating everything all around.
The music came from a bunch of ladies waiting to start their line dancing practice. And the song was “Flying without wings”.
Well that’s the sychronicity. cheerios
